Razer Gold to Naira: What $50, $100 and $200 Cards Pay in Nigeria
Razer Gold to Naira: What $50, $100 and $200 Cards Pay in Nigeria
Razer Gold sits near the top of the gaming card market in Nigeria. If you are searching for how much a $100 Razer Gold card is in Naira, this page gives you the current numbers and, more usefully, shows you how to work out any denomination yourself.
Current Razer Gold rates
At the time of writing, Trusioo was buying Razer Gold at these rates:
| Card country | Rate per $1 |
|---|---|
| United States | ₦1,106 |
| United Kingdom | ₦1,058 |
| Singapore | ₦858 |
| Canada | ₦842 |
| Australia | ₦794 |
Unusually for gift cards, the US Razer card is the strongest — the opposite of what you see with Steam or Xbox, where UK cards lead. Razer Gold's US pins have the deepest resale market, and pricing follows.
These figures were correct on the publication date. Rates move — check the live rates page before you commit to a trade.
Worked examples
Using the US rate of ₦1,106 per dollar:
| Card value | Approximate payout |
|---|---|
| $50 | ₦55,300 |
| $100 | ₦110,600 |
| $200 | ₦221,200 |
| $500 | ₦553,000 |
The maths is simply face value × rate. There is no sliding scale that penalises small cards and no bonus that rewards large ones — a $50 card pays exactly half of a $100 card at the same rate.
That is worth knowing, because some platforms quote an attractive headline rate that only applies above a certain amount. If a quote changes after you disclose the denomination, ask why.
Razer Gold regions we price
Beyond the five above, Trusioo prices Razer Gold from 16 country and denomination combinations, including Brazil, Chile, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Malaysia and the Philippines.
Razer is popular across South East Asia and Latin America, so cards from those regions turn up in Nigeria more often than people expect — usually through freelancing payments or gaming communities. Most of them have a live price.
Razer Gold vs Razer Gold PIN
Two formats exist and people mix them up:
- Razer Gold PIN — a code you redeem into a Razer Gold wallet. This is what most cards sold in Nigeria are.
- Razer Gold balance — value already sitting in someone's Razer account. This is not the same thing and is not tradeable in the normal way, because it is tied to an account.
If your value is already redeemed into an account, it has left the tradeable market. Only sell before redeeming.
How to sell
- Check the rates page for the Razer row matching your card's country.
- Start a conversation on WhatsApp with the country and denomination.
- Confirm the quote. Nothing is committed until you accept it.
- Send the PIN for verification, then receive payment to your bank or wallet.
Common questions
Does a Razer Gold card expire? Razer Gold PINs generally do not expire, but regional terms vary. An older card is still worth checking.
Can I sell a partially used PIN? No. Once any part of a PIN is redeemed, the whole code is spent from a trading perspective.
Why did my quote differ from the rate table? The table shows the current buy rate per denomination band. If your card falls into a different band or a different region than you assumed, the applicable rate differs. The agent will tell you which band applies before you send anything.
